Our courses focus on strengthening the competencies of humanitarian professionals. Prospective students can select from a wide variety of courses in terms of length, discipline and format, with flexible and modular options for professionals to deepen their knowledge. Thematic priorities for our courses are developed in close consultation with the Centre’s academic and humanitarian partners, including ICRC and MSF.
A BLENDED LEARNING APPROACH
The majority of our courses are available online. Every online course includes live sessions two to three times per week. The classes take place via Zoom, in the afternoon (Central European Time), for 2.5 hours. Online courses require 20-25 hours of dedicated work per week. We recommend that participants allow at least 50 per cent of their time for the online courses and adapt their professional work accordingly.
