Our Humanitarian Encyclopedia team is organizing a workshop on Tuesday, 6 April (12.00 – 13.00 CET) as part of the World Summit on the Information Society Forum, WSIS Forum 2021.
WSIS Forum 2021 represents the world’s largest annual gathering of the ‘ICT for development’ community. The Forum will provide structured opportunities to network, learn and participate in multi-stakeholder discussions and consultations on WSIS implementation.
Worskhop overview
More than half a million people work in the humanitarian sector worldwide. How can we make sure that they all speak the “same language” across regions and organisations?
During our workshop, we will analyse and discuss some key humanitarian concepts, such as crisis, capacity building, humanity, accountability and more. These are some of the 129 concepts part of our online Humanitarian Encyclopedia.
